Main issue with the order imo is the indies.
They have barely an example to show what to do in what situations.

As you know I come to raid minor every now and then,
Well you know the indies reaction on a 'red on scanners'
Same thing Official order,and everyone else in sirius does.They act like tools,and fire.
If the Order| would be more active with more people at the same time (I know that it's sometimes hard to gather people) the indies would have an better example to follow what to do in which situation e.t.c.

I doubt that this has anything to do with bad leadership.

Your right. not bad leadership. Complete lack of any Leadership at all. They cannot even control those in the faction.

Now i do,and have had Indie Order chars since 4.83. Order has always had issues.It attracts alot of bad players both new,and old. Some are good,and some horrible.
This goes for both indies,and Official players. I will explain.
Awhile back i launched my OrderGuard bomber from Isis. No words,or nothing i blow up from an Indie that torped me without a word stating i was red.Reported,and he got nailed for it.
Within a few weeks of that incident an Official Order spotted me in 100,and said Indies were not permitted their,and he fired on me. I took his ship,and shoved it up his Butt sideways. Told 3 seperate "Official" order players,and nothing came of it.Was told he is new,accidents happen,and other such crap.
I have not even bothered with my Order Chars in months due to the presant sad state of ALL! the current players in that area.

Now many have tried to repair the problem with Order. All have failed.Some have ragequit. Most recent was Official,and indie council that an ex player in it told me was a joke.

Also guess what. .86 Order gets some new gear. You all know what that means. More lolwuts,so be ready for it.

Right now indies,and Official both look down on each other,and until someone with time,and proper attitude steps forward for both sides,and dives in to fix it? It will be worst faction in the game. That is why everyone is turning against Order. Hell i have seen Order everywhere in every system. All so far have been total lolwuts looking for a fight. I have even seen Order| caps in NY,and the admins even stated this is not allowed.

And it doesn't really mater how long you are in Order, taking initiative when needed, show leadership skills, coming up with solutions, taking interest in RP etc, those are the conditions that we were looking for, you don't need need 5 years understand to Order RP, it's not that complicated for god's sake, but I am guessing same old goes here:

Not to burst your little bubble or anything but, you arent anything more because you arent capable of being anything more. 1 month of you in charge and the Order| would consist of 15 year old army agents that have 10 robots in their ship with them. You see, it is just because of that the Order| started promoting everyone they could to higher ranks, and they got ruined.

I got my rank fast. And notice that I never asked to be a admiral.

But well. Yes I'm one. because I can do the stuff needed to be a admiral (currently not that well due to RL... final exams soon)

and no. its not only 6 months.

that was the moment when i got the "you are in":P

I joined with an other char than the one I have now.

/edit: also note that I'm playing 95% order.
so this time can be counted more. most players play several faction.

I'm only playing Order-disco 23/7:P


the rest I'm helping newbies and repping chars for newbs with my few other chars.
