Akira is not specifically a girls name, and i know atleast 3 mangas where the male protagonist is named Akira.

As for the sig, it lacks a bit of depht and that overall "WoW" feel.

Spent some time doodling this for my new character on disco... I might actually make my entire story imaged, not sure I got the motivation for that though...

Yes... my perspective and proportions are horrible. I actually had to readjust the whole thing on photoshop so it looks a bit more decent.

Colored in photoshop too, might I add.

Eh not bad, you got an eye for details for sure...nice work with the goggles and the armor design. You got potential but yeah there could be some work on things like the gun arm, looks a smidge off.. could also clean it up in the future with photoshop, remove some of the sketchiness if that is not the style you are going for.

And I can see why the Liberty Navy is so popular...you can see her... through her... you know

Well, practice and google can teach you a lot. Personally, I just learnt by myself. Drawing while pretending to do my homeworks certainly helped (the drawing, not the grades).

Gotta try and figure out a way to make a nice signature out of it... so far its failing pretty bad.
