Please start a thread to bash xeno players rp elsewhere--not here. This is Junker Congress application.
This an adminsitrative application, we want feedback about what could make the proposal better and a nice addition to the server...and PM for the rest
Thank you.

Well something obviously happened while I was away ... I take it the Junkers raided the Xenos? ... I was just passing through Berlin this morning on my way back to Beaumont and was unceremoniously killed on sight by Rheinland Military who then refused to explain their actions amid a torrent of "//you are oorp leave the system" ... gosh I hope they got a screen shot ... does this mean Junker Congress is now KOS in New Berlin? ... I know you are a politician Tink, but that Rheinland Pirate Cruiser sitting at Bornholm is looking at me with those "come hither" eyes;)

Well...
1) You are not tagged--so you aren't a "member" of the Congress (which is a player faction, not just Junkers)
2) I have no idea what your ID or rep affiliation were when you passed through.
3) I don't know what ship you were piloting.
4) No idea what connection is between Rheinland and a Xeno mission (yes we had one--was very fun).
5) Congress members DON'T fly Rheinland Pirate Cruisers indiscriminately--they are reserved for base adjudicators (governors) and stay within a 2km radius of base--which in Rheinland would be Kruzberg or perhaps Bornholm.
6) As for the "//you are oorp..." comment--that doesn't sound good. I'd expect a lot more from RM--particularly since I know they have the admin's ear on some occasions...but I will have to reserve any judgment on that since I don't know the complete facts and details.
The fact is, as an untagged Junker character, you are just that--an individual Junker character. The "Congress" has nothing directly to do with what these characters do. If you were in a Rheinland Pirate Cruiser, it would be pretty foolish (but not outside the scope of RP) to sail by New Berlin in front of the Rheinland Military. A stolen or resold criminal warship isn't "fitting in" with the law. I don't know what the circumstances were or if its a genuine "kos" policy. I'd be interested to hear more regarding it.
If the Rheinland Military does not wish to see unlawful type vessels used by Rheinland Junkers then it is an excellent opportunity for them to arrange for us to buy lawful ones. Is this an invitation by the RM to sell the Junkers a single Rheinland Cruiser for defense of Kruzberg? We'd be thrilled to purchase one. [somehow, I'm sure this isn't the case]
The simple fact is, we aren't official yet--though that doesn't stop us from RPing the faction--and we need tagged, uniformly behaving members following a chain of command within the faction to represent us--not independent Junkers saying, "I'm with the Congress!" and acting as if their personal character's actions were ours.
To clarify for other players/factions:
If a Junker claims to be "a member of the Congress" they are not in fact unless they carry the .:j:. tag and were invited by a current Congress member. All Junkers are absolutely welcome to ask us for help or assistance but that doesn't make one "a member".
A player with a "Corsair" ID cannot say, "I'm a member of TBH" unless he actually is and no one should judge a faction by such an individual. I hope that is the case with RM and other faction members in Discovery in regards to the Junker Congress as well.
Tink, one issue... according to what I've heard we have a 2k cease fire radius for EVERYONE (except maybe junkers) around all of our bases, including rochester.
The liberty lawfuls, on the other hand, seem to think that because we're in liberty space we dont have this right, and refuse to obey it - openly attacking others near our base. I assume the reason for this cease fire is as protection to our station, much like the zoners enforce on theirs.
So how do we, in RP, enforce the perimeter when liberty refuses to acknowledge it? It's my assumption that junkers paid taxes and rights to 'buy' the space in that area around rochester, and therefor it is no longer liberty space - meaning we're well within our rights to enforce a cease fire, and liberty vessels coming into that space have no jurisdiction.
