I have just received and went through zhe data presented to us. It is true zhat Bella Corzelli for now flies ein
Corsair ship, but zhis is only of temporary nature until we are able to get ein additional Sekhmet bomber
from zhe quartermaster at Evora shipyard. Meanwhile both Commander Dawn and me have ordered her to
keep ein low profile as we ourselves are full aware what zhis issue could mean in relations between zhe
Order and zhe Corsair Empire. So, we can understand your concerns, Order Command.

Now on a more personal note to you, Herr Oliveira: I find it quite interesting zhat your so-called undercover
agent was roaming around Freeport 11 and spied upon members of our taskforce. He must have still done
zhis when we received zhe information zhat ein vessel of zhe Guild Core was reaching zhe Freeport.
Zhis is most alarming in several ways.

Let me explain it to you in detail:

1. Your undercover agent would be more useful in looking for any Guild Core vessel or nomad threating our
   security. Zhis means you waste ressources wich may endager zhe security of zhe Order at all.
   
2. Your actions towards our taskforce as well zhe recent complaint from SGM| shows a serious paranoia either
   from you or maybe other elements within zhe OEF. I can just pray it is zhe first one, everything else would
   destroy zhe trust between Order agents at all.
   
3. I get zhe impression zhat you still seek some sort of illfated revenge for our actions against you when
   you were yourself ein member of our Taskforce.
   

If you, Herr Oliveira, dare to spy on one of us again, you can bet we will take adequate steps to stop zhis nonsense
...and I can assure you it won't be nice.
At least I am sick of your behaviour. It is most disgusting. And trust me, Commander Dawn has not even
heard about zhis, yet!

This could have been coincidence I agree. Learn to co-operate with each other and if found it absolutely impossible, file a report to myself. To 141: Your definition of low profile apparently is still not enough, keep in mind that Omicron Delta is still housing some population of Corsairs. The current events are placing a strain on the order and corsair relationships, I agree.
But it's not without reason.

Bella Corzelli lost her family during several wars the corsairs took part in
The only relative she has , Is one of my top captains, Maximus.

A sekhmet bomber is currently being manufactured, yet she refuses to part with the ship she's in.
The ship holds sentimental value as it belonged to the family for generations.

We are working on an alternative
But for the time being , she has been ordered to remain in order controlled space.

Reason for her presence in the delta system
was to take care of some misunderstandings that happened when she left the corsair space
To reunite with her distant relative.

The Overwatch does not need to worry about this , however
Corzelli swore duty to the 141. She will not speak of our secrets.

Understand that i must protect her, Since as of now , she has been outcast from the corsair empire.
She is a part of my team.
And the return would mean imminent death.

This is a general message to all Order units to pass on that the ThunderBay's power core has been brought back to 100% after extensive repairs and the ship is now capable of action once again.

I would like to also mention that I've relieved Commander Porter of command and taken command of the Thunderbay myself, under orders of secondary fleet command to replace my flagship which was lost in the battle of Minor.

I assure you, mistakes made in the past with this ships previous command structure will not be made again.
