Bats or bots, what do you prefer to use first

Most of the times I use bots, but If the opponent is having such a hard problem trying to kill my shield I will use my bots right when they are about to kill said shields. It makes them Q___Q and their combat moral goes -100:D

Bots first, because I can dodge enough so my shields regenerate. When I run out of bots I start heading towards a friendly base or a jump hole. And yes, I'm a coward.

Yeah the cap bats are better choice in first place. But its always about opponent. If he decides to waste his core firing mortars, fine use batteries and laugh. Otherwise id question it.
