Subject: Troubling Circumstances
This is a bulletin to inform everyone above me that piracy and smuggling is becoming rampant in both Texas and California. Very recently we also had an intrusion of sorts by both the Rheinland Military and the Slaver's Union. A large battle nearly ensued at Houston on that day, though thankfully I was able to talk the situation down.
Outcast and Rogue raiding parties are an everyday sight in Texas now, I'm beginning to wonder how much of the system is still "ours?"
Having read Mr.Mellanby's report,I have decided to order the LNS Mount Blackburn to head for Houston.It has only recently finished it's repairs at Norfolk -yes,that Norfolk.Hopefully nothing will be missing.Fighter squadrons Delta 602 and 799 are also heading there on my orders.

Upon recieving transmission from LSF about a possible contact in Texas, I set my course there quitting the patrol sweep in California. What we faced was an [N] tagged Rogue Gunboat in the end with a pirate ID in the hold that was understandably inclined to terrorize civilian targets within the sector. The pilot made a solid run to California but he was unable to escape the might of Liberty and was intercepted within a considerable range to planet LA. His vessel was terminated at sight. The pirate was reported to be extremely uneasy with the overwhelming odds against him. Probably not the best time and place for him was Liberty to make piracy..

Report on Rheinland incident and disturbing behavior of RepEx Corporation.
Today Darth_Malak commed me to report the attack and destruction of a Liberty Trader, FerryKing, he was escorting in Rheinland by RM and RepEx ships. Mr.Malak mentioned he had been on an assignment earlier that required him to engage RM ships. This may have contributed to the hostilities of the RM and RepEx ships. RM insisted the trader was helping Mr.Malak. Both the trader and Mr.Malak pleaded with the forces that this was not so. Mr.Malak was simply escorting the trader. RM and RepEx forces then engaged and destroyed the Trader and Mr.Malak's ship.
Furthermore, while passing through Rheinland on my way to Sigma space yesterday I was stopped by RepEx-SecuitylMuahdib and other RepEx ships and told my presence was not acceptable and to leave Rheinland space. There were no Rheinland Police or Navy in the area, I had not engaged or communicated with any ships in Rheinland Space, nor had I docked with any base in Rheinland Space. I was stopped simply because of my ID. I was polite to the RepEx representative and left Rheinland asap.
It disturbs me that Liberty treats and allows RepEx to conduct business in Liberty Space yet RepEx does not seem to give our personnel or civilians the same courtesy. RepEx instead seems to consider themselves as part and parcel to the Rheinland Navy, Police, and Security. If this is true it may be advisable for Liberty Command to reevaluate the Liberty position on RepEx conducting business in Liberty Space.

Greetings sir,
As it seems you have already been enlightened by this situation involving me and a certain Mercenary, I would like to expound on such a report. Me and Mr. Malak were passing through Rheinland space to take Liberty citizens to Augsburg Orbital colony. This count was upwards of 5,000 esteemed Liberty citizens, all equally paying passage for their trip to this colony. Part way, Malak was engaged by an [RM] official and not wishing to start a conflict, I told him to speed ahead so that my fare was kept safe. I followed Mr. Malak through the Jump Gate into munich to find Malak entering the trade lane. I proceeded to follow him, moving at the top speed my lumbering craft would allow me to go. On docking procedures to the trade lane the lane was shot by the [RM] official and I was proceeded to be blamed for shooting it. Now, I tried to leave as fast as I could, not wanting any conflict, yet was fired upon. Fully stocked on bots and shield regens, I engaged cruise, yet was disrupted many times. Pleads to stop attacking me were made many times yet, to no avail. In the end, the blood of 5,000 Liberty citizens now lay upon the hands of the Rheinland Military, not to mention my fare, and my ship.
The RepEx and the [RM] are becoming ever increasingly resistant to any ships not from rheinland itself. Everyday more and more barrier, blockades, and impedings on business itself come to pass. I am but one of many Liberty Ships that are facing this problem. Many I have talked to, which at this time shall remain anonymous, retain the same feelings I have towards these obstructions.
I have managed to scrounge up some money to get another and I will be continuing my route through this space, as business will never be halted. I pray that the LSF and the SA resolve this matter in a way that will compensate the loss of life and the loss of material.

I humbly apologize for my past action as I have taken for granted the liberties I have recieved from such a fine group of indiviuals. Last Night to members of {N} where found in Colorado. Myself, Sniper, =LSF=Kingvaliant.B, LSF Serpico and Pluto (bounty hunter) headed out to Colorado to find and destroy them. Myself and Serpico searched the Pueblo Station/Battlesip rio grande area while the rest swept Planet Denver. Swept all the JHs and scanned nearby systems. I found them in Kepler so we moved to investigate. We engaged one of them by Ames Research station flying a Hacker Gunship. Target was destroyed . We couldnt find the escape pod, so i assume it was destroyed. other target got away.
