Not sure if you got an answer but it isn't an admin yacht. It will be an additional luxury yacht. So, yes, it will be open use from what I've been told.

council BS looks similar to GRN versions but now they are not exactly the same model as before....both are updated....and stats differ more

was it realistic that the gallic ship be Stronger again then its Council Counterpart ?

Council and GRN cruiser models are both updated and both look the same apart of the textures.

hmm thats sad. i like the old model more =( the new looks so small and fragiler.

the old looks so solid and armorfull. can it be that the stats are falling too ?

it is realistic that council BS is weaker since they are old decommissioned ships.....as for size of GRN cruiser that part didn't change...they are just little slicker and have more aggressive lines then before.....stats for both cruisers should be higher then for older models because both versions are almost large as some battlecuisers

i said they are almost the size of the BC...even now they are one of the most powerful cruisers....so i really doubt they will be raised to BC stats

it just make sense if BC stats going up because if the stats of the gallic cruiser rise up, they reached the BC stats from the avtually BC,s

It is not about the stats, Doom said that the size is nearly this of a Battle cruiser. So they are very large Cruisers, but by no means Battle cruisers.

Yes, the model you see on the first page replaces the current in game model.
Yes, it will be a civilian ship. If your ID is green cell to Sirius-side Civilian you can use it freely.
