This is the thread that was used to compile the Reaver's work toward the above request. The final post in that thread is consent for the Reavers to pick up their guns.

In leymans terms, you're free to pick up the amount of del cid weapons that was agreed, but not the salamanca weapons. This specific contract is now over, and I'm sure that with those weapons, you'll be able to destroy more targets than ever before...

I thought there might be some other place where you got approved for Salamancas. No?

Also, your request asks for "15 Del cids guns, 14 Del Cids turrets, 5 Salamancas" etc. How did it get to unlimited from there?
In his last post Pablo Moreno says "You're free to pick up the amount of Del Cids that was agreed". He doesn't say unlimited.
What happened in between, behind the curtains?

Sure. The tech permission that grants us free use of Corsair weaponry. Here since you seem unable to find anything yourself.

You'll notice that is says Corsair weaponry, not just Tizzies. Do I know why it was stated that way? Nope, does it give us free use of Sals? Yep. I can only assume the free usage was part of an ooRP agreement, which is perfectly valid.

I withdraw all my complaints concerning the Reavers using Corsair technology against them.
Seeing they were crazy enough to issue an unlimited amount of weapons trough an oorp deal, I now really think they deserve what hit them. They deserve it hard.

Also, considering this was my only complaint about this faction, I am again supporting it towards going official.
I've got nothing personal against you guys, I've always had pleasant encounters. I just didn't like the atmosphere around those Del Cids.
I realize now Corsairs are to blame and not the Reavers.

Pros:

Gives ex-Phantoms something to do;

Keeps other "old farts" (Dusty, Virus, et al) amused;

Will teach Dieter not to leave for long periods;

Booze sales at an all-time Sector high.

Cons:

One small niggle. A certain Reaver who likes to barge in every possible thread and drop a gratuitous ad for your organization.

Flying billboard? ...or flying punchboard?
