ok i have in memory how scream lafull faction when was more corsairs in liberty as they will have. But now i will say you, that it will be more corsairs in liberty. And you ask why? Maybe because today when i was on my old route from crete to New York, when i was in Delta, i was informed about that some ships wait on me near the Alaska jumpgate. That was really interresing for me, how can someone in New York know where i go and wait for me. When i was near JG i use little trick. I drop the cargo (i was not alone so my friend stay near cargo) and i jump in new york. And when i undock from jg, SURPRISE was waiting on me. one liberty fighter 200m near jg, liberty gb 800m from jg and liberty battlecruiser 7,9k from jg (and names are not important) first thing was globalp,stay for a cargo scan(but i was empty) and then talk about:this is restricted zone,leave or we open fire and other not importatn things. It end with that i jump back. What was for me important is that when liberty have so good spy, when he can tell them that smuggler come when he is in delta,and wait for him near jumpgate, then smugglers need escort, and heavy escort.(again fighter,gb,and battlecruiser) it end with little chase trough half of ny, but i was able to dock on rochester and then make a way back trough alaska home.
And what i will say with this is, that from now on,everytime when i will go to liberty i pay so many corsairs as is possible as escort. And please dont scream when you have 4 or 5 corsair ships in system.when you will wait smugglers near jumphole, and give them no chance to try to fly under radar and not being spoted,then smugglers need to be protected.As you all see things coem so that less and less corsairs was in new york and everyone was happy. But now when i will trade artifacts for corsairs i need escort. And maybe you say me:Find another route, i say ok, where is good price for artifacts? Because i will trade for corsairs. And only good prices for artifacts are in libery. In kusari, rheinland, bretonia, or other systems, is little profit and nothign to take back.
i am not happy from that,because i will not have fun from trying to fly not being spoted,corsairs pilot will have not fun, because they fly as escort trough half sirius and liberty pilots will have not fun because they will have enemies in system. But i think it is needed to protect artifact route. And artifacts are realy requested in liberty.

Dab's got it dead on. But, the Corsair's goods are traded there (Read: In Vanilla, you could buy Artifacts on Rochester) so that means they have to get smuggled in some how. And the smuggler needs escorts, apparently. So, I see nothing wrong with a little convoy of a smuggler and his escorts rolling through, but I do see a problem with a fleet of Corsairs blockading Manhattan and raiding NY...
I've had this happen to me as an independant. Gate camping, and by Bounty Hunters "in the pay of " the LSF or Navy or whoever they want to hide behind as well as the "official" navy.
Sadly, there's a rationalization behind it, something these people can use to sleep at night. Instead of patrolling like their NPC counterparts, they'll be "border patrol" or crap like that.
As for Corsairs in Liberty. You're right, there are no NPC's there, does that mean that Corsair Smugglers won't try and get into the most lucrative market?
i type nothing on blockade mannhatan or raiding New York. Only what i type was,that when i will come to liberty, i come with escort to protect me. Not to kill everything in system.I type nothign about that you are all death now or something, i will not have any revenge.

When trade routes are fixed, it will be valid.
It is a mistake in the mod, that Artifacts are sold better on Manhatan, then Hogosha bases.
You can't simply expect Corsair smugglers to sell Artifacts for 1/2 price, because there's an error in the mod.
Or would you prefer them to smuggle Cardamine?
And how do you know he's a Corsair?
He has a Smuggler ID.
Smugglers smuggle Artifacts.
Corsair NPC's don't have anything to do with him. He's a smuggler, not Corsair smuggler.

And i know also a very good cardamine route,better as artifact route.but how i can fly with cardamine and then to crete with something?
I will say, Zone 21 is a restricted space, it should have a gb or so defending it.
It's supposed to be secret, and it certainly doesn't make sense as a major smuggling route.
