Of cause we can just say, hey, I was flying around and I found it!

What about something like Ourey, Mactan or whatever?

Space is big, in FL it's compressed to make traveling more amusing, however in the same SP Vanilla you had to literally ram the object in cloud to find it with that funny scanner range.
Well I am not obviously aware of the RP background of how the Liberty Navy started searching one of the most dangerous clouds in Liberty for a pirate base, however what I mentioned was that House military forces indeed enter debris fields which are filled with pirates in order to destroy their bases as you have seen in the SP.

It took around half a dozen LSF wings searching one field to find the Rog base.
I think that's about equal to one guy saying 'Oh btw it's right here'.

Ye, however they did entered it with purpose of destroying the base. Which was found there.

However I'm speaking not about sending fleets to any place, but the simple fact of having an issues with even finding something in some distant region of space, that is also covered with a hazardous cloud.

Well, that's only In rp assumption. So I guess it may be ignored as usually.

If we can just tell some freelancer to find us something and then to have a result in a hour or so then why there are molly\rogue destroyers in the cloud in NY\NL, rogue bases, etc?

actually this. if all bases were as player bases Rouges would never had Alcatraz or Buffalo. Some player just dont give a thing about when they need and when they dont need act. player bases is just another bluemsg
I dont see why do Navy capital fleet would care to go into dark matter field that actually not patroled by Police just destroy small base of pirates when they have War with Rheinland. Same for BAF blowed Sair base in Cambrige or Hessians attacking Krupp right in front of N.Berlin. Disco I assume. thats how we play. GJ!

So much discussion. Gentlemen, on behalf of the Unioners that weren't really Unioners I'd say we don't really care why and how. It was fun running it, we got richer, the LNS did some fun, we had some fun as well, so why discuss this like it's a painful topic of what is RP?

Just chill))))

RP, what RP? Discovery is not more RP-oriented as let's say Void, so who cares

In a completely unrelated note, I just defended the player base in Chugoku from 2 Liberty Carriers. :|
