Ok to explain. Nice sunny day here with 20C temp. So a buddy and I grabbed our bikes to go for a ride(need to lose a few pounds) so we went to a little bicycle trail near by, and did 32KM ride. Went over to my 66year old aunts and walked dogs for an hour, then mowed her lawn which is huge and that took 1.5 hours. Now all i want to do is lay down and sleep.
So does that mean i am getting old? Or am i really that much out of shape?

I'd say you aren't out of shape, right now doing that much would probably kill me, even without mowing the lawn (I have major grass allergy).
The sleep thing is something that happens when you are tired, so going to bed early won't hurt one night isn't going to hurt.
You are officially old when you turn on one of the local classic rock stations in the car & hear things like Alice in Chains, Beastie Boys, The Cult, ect instead of things like the Beatles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, & the Doobie Brothers
Old is when you have a self-propelled mower, and it still takes you two days to mow half an acre. Old (or at least having arthritis) is when you dread climbing the stairs to go to bed. Old is when your regular bedtime is 10, but you have no issues with 9 ...
