The purpose of this transmission is for you to have a platform to justify your actions, and in the event that you cannot, serve as notice for your ejection from Liberty. Given your ship, and the cargo you're carrying, I'd use my better judgment and assume that you were trading.

Its good to see that you and your crew are allright, since after your misterious disappear we thought that some disaster happened with you. I didnt see a technology like that before, except a very odd situation when my ship crossed a military zone in Rheinland.

About our encounter. As you could realise my ship had some medicine onboard since, (as I told for you) my cartographer had some disease and our mapping system didnt work well at that time. That was the reason why we have met in that minefield. We tried to find the formal trade lane, and I have to say, that your behaviour was more than surprising. You didnt offer your help for a trader in a very dangerous situation, when you could but asked for our cargo. We had a discussion about our encounter with a lawyer who searched for any kind of rule in the laws of Liberty but he couldnt find any reason about your act. The ship didnt hold any contraband and we followed your orders.

Its so odd, because we cooperated with your crew and you acted like a formal pirate in that situation before disappeared by an unidentified technology.

I dont think that we have to explain ourselves in this situation, by the way we did it. So please explain your act toward us, since we have our proofs against your words, but since this channel isnt safe enough for high encrypted informations, we would like to avoid from to show them here.

Its a shame, that a high ranked navy officer shows personal data about a Zoner trader ship in this channel anyway.

First of all, it's not my ship. If it was, yours would be in pieces and we would not be having this conversation.

Lets not detract from the issue here. I asked you to explain why you were violating the Zone-21 minefield, which is a restricted area. Far from complaining about the conduct of the captain of the cruiser, you should be thanking him for not forcefully depriving you of your ship. For example, why would he offer you help when you're trespassing in a Zone where it is his responsibility to nullify you without, and I quote, "exception or exemption"?

Frankly, I don't buy your very brief excuse. Even if I were to believe it, if you don't have the capability of your navigation systems or your navigations officer to hand, you should probably get it fixed before taking off. Space is a big place and you can get lost, especially if you decide not to take a map with you. To me, setting off without any means of navigation sounds like negligence. There's nothing against the law about that, but there certainly is about trespassing in a secure area. Furthermore, even with visual guidance only, formal trade routes happen to utilise the trade lanes. The clue is in the name.

Let me be very clear. Your ship is meant to be a wreck and you're meant to be in an escape pod. You're very lucky that neither of those things has happened. I need answers, and I need them quickly. If I don't get them, you'll find yourself with your ship and your life, but ejected from Liberty. Even this is far more merciful than what should have happened.

Well, I dont really know how it works in Liberty, but when we found somebody in need, we try to help them, not just blasting him in pieces like a terrorist. Its so odd to hear from a navy officer that she would like to act like this in a situation like this. Whatever, we tried to cure our cartographer, since we couldnt dock in New York system to get another and that was the reason why we failed to find the way to Bering system. As you must know, there is a base of ours, where we could solve this problem. It was an unexpected and pressing situation and it was very odd that you didnt offer a hand for us. We didnt know that the minefield was a secure zone, since that is secure, you know...so it looks like we missed to get the knowledge what you have, but since we are zoners, I dont understand why is a mistake from us.

You need answers like me. Could you explain that why is one of your cruisers using rheinland technology and act like a pirate? We dont understand why they wanted to get our cargo, than suddenly use a cloaking device in a restricted place of Liberty.

Maybe that could help to explain the problems on our ship, since we didnt had a problem like that before and I fear that was a result of a highly encrypted navy technology. In this case we were innocents and your acting toward us is not much just to cover that.

Since you dont give me more chance to prove myself, I'll upload the gumcam shot from my ship about the encounter and about using a restricted technology near my ship.

I'm not going to go over the in's and out's of the systems in use on each one of our ships. What's on our vessels is absolutely none of your concern. Why don't you badger the rest of Sirius as to why they use Jump Gates, a technology invented, fully patented and licensed by a Liberty corporation, Ageira Technologies? I hear there's a few in Rheinland.

Since your life, that of your crew, and the existence of your ship are all forfeit when you trespass in a secure military zone, I see absolutely no fault with the Siege Cruiser's actions. Except that you're still here, being abnoxious. That it's a secure zone is known and very well publicized, and besides, it's a minefield. Are you attracted to explosive devices floating in space?

In my previous transmission, I actually quoted the public entry that is available to all those who bring up information on the Zone 21 minefield on their navigational map. Oh, wait, your cartographer was on sick leave. I guess you couldn't check on that then.

You're not in a position to be asking questions. You don't need answers, and I certainly wont give them since I've nothing to lose by not telling you. You, on the other hand, have being shot by Liberty on the table. That you're continually evading the point, and trying to blame the captain of the Siege Cruiser actually beggars belief. You may have yourself convinced of your innocence, but that's not good enough.

I asked you to provide good reason as to why you were there. I didn't ask for your side of the story, nor a comprehensive history of your totally irrelevant opinion on what the Navy uses on their ships. In response, you said that you didn't know and had willingly sacrificed your means of knowing for an extra buck. Ignorance is no excuse, and frankly, I have absolutely no mercy.

What you try to do here is a simply witchhunt without any reason to do so. Since we didnt harm any kind of law in Liberty your words are pointless and needed any kind of truth. You have nothing just a navy ship what misteriously disappeared after trying to rob me and my crew.

Well, with the largest respect, you didnt understand me. Maybe it was my mistake, so let me to explain it. As you sad before, that was not your ship and you wasnt there, so I wanted to point on a threat what you didnt realise. The ship, named LSFC-Death.Valley acted like a pirate and used rheinlandish technology near of my ship. I dont know where we were, since I'm not an officer of the navy. We are just traders and had some problems what tried to solve. Plus we didnt hold contraband, plus we cooperated with them, plus we followed the orders there. We did everything what they told for us, but they acted like pirates not navy officers.

You were in a restricted area. Whether you knew this or not is completely irrelevant. From what I can see, the captain of the Siege Cruiser was actually giving you a break. If he's entitled in that situation to terminate your ship, and he was, then he's entitled to demand you eject the contents of your cargo hold into space. Out of curiosity, do you want to show me a copy of your navigational map when it's set to "universe view"? I'd love to see it, preferably without you tampering with it. And it's not a question.
