Guten Tag, Hessians.

I found a nasty little 'sair running around the omegas. Now, he's dead.

You may notice that my IFF scanner reads him as neutral. This is due to a rather odd circumstance - he did not use the Corsair IFF. However his ship, weaponry, and identification papers clearly show that he is in fact a Corsair. You also may notice my scanner shows your pilots as hostile. This is due to a stray disruptor of mine, fired in an attempt to halt the corsair, which wreaked havoc on the IFF transponders of neighboring ships. I dearly apologize for that.

The attached archive shows the initial scan and the confirmation of his destruction.
