To our dear friends in The Council,
I stand here today representing the organization known as The Project. Given our current circumstances and objectives, our group has currently found an interest in expanding into Gallic space. Now, don't start assuming that which may not be true. Above all, and before we begin to even considering entering Gallic space, we would, first of all, like to foster friendly relations between our two groups. What can we do for each other, you may be asking yourselves? Well, you can provide us for a means into Gallia, inside which we might conduct our... "business", per se. What can we do for you? Transportation of ANY kinds of goods (and by any, I mean every) from Sirius directly into your bases, and that of your allies'. What kind of goods? You're conducting a war against a numerically superior force. Do the math *chuckles*.
Before even this, however, we, The Project, would like to meet with a representive, an emissary, of sorts, of your faction, in order to conduct more personal (and, very possibly, more fruitful) talks.
