Info Wanted: LD-14

Ok, so, being in BMM and all, I've been pretty focused on the loss of LD-14. However, the specifics of the loss of the station are somewhat nonexistent. There are several things I'd like to know about the station and the loss of it, specifically the following;

1. What happened to the workers on the station when the Kusari boarded the station? How many escaped? How many were killed? How many were taken prisoner, and might there be a small possibility of one or two old timers hiding away in the ventilation systems?

2. How active is the station as far as Mox production goes? Have the Kusari managed to figure out how to work the reactors? Were any parts of the station damaged during the takeover? Are the Kusari able to harvest uranium in the field, or are the BMM miners that work in that field resisting?

3. Are the Kusari able to get any supplies in or out of the station? How will they get Mox past the battleship on the lane? How big of ships will they be able to sneak through the minefield?

I would like guesses from anyone who is willing to provide on, and if an authority figure can step up and clarify things, that'd be nice too.

I also have a idea as to what has happened, but I'd like to see what other people think about the specifics of the event first.

1. Most workers on the station would of escaped before the fleet took up bombing position.
A few would be killed and slightly less would be captured.
1A. Talk to KNF and I am sure they will have no problem with you taking on the RP of a lone survivor hiding on the station, just don't powergame and cause too much damage.

2. Repairs will have to be carried out to bring it up to full capacity, Kusari will have no problem working the reactors but it is safe to assume there is a lot of damage and debri to clean up.

3. Yes supplies will be able to start coming in.
It will take longer with Bretonia still having a strong influence on the lane but will come regardless.
The hole in the mine field will be made as large as Kusari needs it to be.

Was MJ said + I guess the BS is wether destroyed or managed to escape Kusari's ( probalby ) overhelming force.

Also I would guess the Kusarians might just have destroyed the guarding BS and took the hole / lane.

Marcus Janus' info seems to be pretty good. Other ideas are welcome though.

I would like to get some info from people in KNF, Samura and Kishiro to see who will be administering the station. Will the military control it, but have samura and kishiro work there? Will it be a joint project between the two corperations, like Stokes? Or will one of the two simply take it and get it running?

I have told KNF that it should be Samura since we obviously own them as we are told everyday.:laugh:

EDIT: That is how Stokes is run, both corps have offices there and run day to day mining operations but the station is administered by KNF oversight.

this wasnt a kusari "lol we has your stashun" thread, so your response should probs have been put somewhere else.


What I really want to know is what happened to Battleship York, which is the battleship sat at like 4k from LD-14

It wouldnt make any sence for it to still be near LD-14, though it would be good if the battleship moved out into the open space between the Edinbrugh lane and LD-14, to act as a staging ground.
