there is probably an answer to this somewhere on the forums already but i cant find it!!

does the liberty assault battlecruiser or the bounty hunter battlecruiser require the battleship licence?

it has battle in the name so i getting confused :(

It is not battleship class, it is Battlecruiser, a cruiser for battle m8

gunboats, cruisers (including destroyers and battlecruisers), battleships (including dreadnoughts) are considered capital ships.

looks like cruisers include destroyers and battlecruisers.

Only thing ive noticed so far.. im not sure if something else is hidden somewhere or not. I would wait until its obviously yes or no, because i realy think that you would need one.. Just cant find anything on it at the moment o.0

Ok, the BS license itself isnt helping.

Flying a battleship-class capital ship without this License mounted is not allowed. No more than one character per account can own a battleship.
The Battleship License is a special item that indicates its owner's right to fly a battleship. Licenses are used both by lawful and unlawful factions to identify the ship's owner and alignment. The License can be purchased for 250 million credits on every planet or base that sells battleship-class warships (Battleships, Dreadnoughts, Juggernauts, and others).
The Battleship License is installed on each battleship bound with a long-range scanner. This allows nearby ships to check if the License is valid.

Battle-cruisers confused people when they where introduced to the British Navy, too. Admirals had no idea what to do with them.:P

Well i dont think you need BS license to fly BCR, Battleship license is for battleship class ship, BattleCruiser is like advanced cruiser
