there are no new fully generic civlian fighters in 4.86 - and there will also not be a civilian gunboat.

That is sad news! Don't you think it's forcing people to fly around with vessels they should not (RP) or force rookies to join factions and groups just because they don't stand a chance against newer and far superior ships?
