"Useful materials" includes raw metals, fuel, ship components, weapons or weapon components etc. (kos/hostiles should be destroyed) Context:Greetings, esteemed Elders of the Corsair Council.
Our group have recently contacted with your Empire in regards to shipping arrangements, and things began with a bang. Literally. Obviously, I felt the need to seek better judgement.
While I understand that The Outer Project was not under direct contract with any Corsair organization (which we are currently) at the time of this incident, I must protest against the actions taken against us by two of your pilots. As can be seen in the evidence provided below, not one, but TWO transports filled with supplies destined to the Empire (namely Platinum, an incredibly useful building material) were destroyed without so much as a warning, attempt at actual communication or at the very damn least an attempt at piracy. I point towards the information provided above as to why exactly that is a punishable offense. As a final point, I'd like to point out that my comrade's ship was destroyed by a battleship, apparently flown by an admiral, without so much as a single word. Quite beffiting behaviour. Might I also add that these events took place BEFORE the ultimatum launched by your Council of Elders regarding the Omicron Theta and Omega-41 systems. As a footnote.

There is no proof that the accused Corsair docked on any corsair bases.
As far as I am concerned could have been heading to Cadiz, supplying
senor Espi with raw-materials for his famous NomRum.
I can see he requested to dock but I do not know if he actually docked
or he stopped after he was warned so this time e gets away with just
a warning.

One day I returned to Crete after escorting our another supplier to Cadiz.
I saw our guys shouting someone to stop, then someone to die, and a second later - non-friendly IFF vessel, currently moving, nearly reached Crete.
I thought it may be an act of terrorism, followed order and killed it.
Later our brothers told me that they shouted to some Outcast, not to ToP. So, It looks like just misunderstanding. 5 000 000 credits for that vessel's owner are already compensated.
