I think I got sanctioned once, but I wasn't playing Discovery. I think someone who I have on Facebook chatted me up and showed me someone else's sanction that was getting spammed, and I joined in the spam and got slapped with a temp ban from the forums... but I wasn't on the forums or playing ingame at the time, so I really didn't care.
