I can assure you, having fought against all those ships, the Battlestar does not turn as fast, nor does the Hacker Spyglass. Bret BS is a bit slower too. Datastorm will not give you accurate information.
it changed in this beta..you can use FLStat to check it out if you don't believe me..(i don't usually use them,just use them when new mod comes out to check out what changed has made..)

Again; Those programs do not give an accurate picture of the agility of ships.
The BHG Dread is the smallest. Its hitbox is nearly a quarter shorter than the Osiris and everything depends to the hitbox. Also i don't think BS's important caracter is the turn rate, i beg you. The advantage the Osiris normally has, namely the cloak device, is not implemented. The advantage of the Osiris was the surprise, not the power.
No. There is no cloak device and i support Igiss in this aspect.
This is a balancing reason (playerside and serverside), why there will be no cloak device.
Additionally the Order would not be able to build these ships so fast, as they would been requested.

Its shorter but 4 times as fat. I've fought both with an Outcast Dreadnaught. The BHG BS is much easier to hit. Its skinny and not tall, only long. The advantage is not the cloak device, its the agility and the hard-to-hit design.
How many times, in sp story, the osiris has used the element of surprise, given by the cloak device. For Orilion the size was perfect within the asteroids around Toledo. Sure a small size might be always an advantage, but i beg you. it is a BS and even if it is the thinnest, its huge though compared to cruisers and and GB's and not hard to hit. As i said before, the turnrate is a minor character of a Battleship.
