It happens in Trademenue between two ships. The moment i klick on the money Tab (usualy that opens the window where you can edit amount of cash to transfere) FL crashes.
Tried it twice with exactly same result. Crash to desktop.
Same here, 3 different players, 5 different accounts, 5 different ships. Items trade OK, but as soon as you click on the credits, the game crashes.
Just used this to get FL working properly with widescreen and loving it. Will take this over a ton of .ini file edits any day. Haven't had any kind of problems either.:)
I undocked from BS Suffolk with a Templar with a newly mounted weapon. I adjusted my weapon groups, shot a few shots and docked again. I CTD'ed on the docking.

Look at it that way: it's only going to be of any use in gb vs gb fights. Newbie boats will be easier to snac because they probably won't be strafing when they're turning, and strafe makes snacing harder.
Turret steering is a considerable buff to turretboats, especially against snubcraft as it gives you the ability to evade and aim effectively at the same time, which with current GB vs. Snub balance would turn into something rather silly soon as people figure out how to use the steering properly. Even GB vs. GB is effected by this. Some gunboats have crazy firing arcs (Imperator, Bottlenose, Tridente, etc) that can only be used at its full potential with turret steering, while other GBs have a more limited arcs (Berserker, Heimdall, Storm, etc). And turret steering effects both of these cases more than you might notice in the first glance.
So, let's put it this way: Gunboats are being rebalanced in .86 for one main reason - Turret steering. So causing a total chaos with tossing in that one problematic feature before the actual rebalance is done is not really unlikely.
Or if even that is unclear, let me put it like this: I've seen a full-Basic AU8 Bottlenose using turret steering solo a CAU8 Tridente and a CAU6 Hacker GS (Both of which were above-average GB pilots) in a 1v2 and cruise away with 180 nanos left. Of course, if the Dente & GS pilots both had steering as well, it wouldn't be that easy for the Bottlenose pilot, but that is how much a simple feature like turret steering effects GB balance in general.

Which reminds me... I also have experienced the cargo issue caused by this .dll on a bunch of my GBs/Transports. But that aside, I've got a feeling that I've been gettin more lag since I started using this .dll, however I'm still not sure whether it's my net or the .dll, I'll update this post soon as I can figure it out.

Like I said earlier, it's the MOUNTED weapons that take up room for some reason.
Also turret steering? wat? how do
