Okay, I'm going for some smuggling. Since I really don't want to hangout with many different ships, I would like to know which /restart command is the most neutral? Maybe making no restart is better idea? Thanks in advance.

Ye. Just type /showrestarts and you'll see all available restarts.

/restart gallia worked wonders for me. That and a mission. Neutral to everyone on my routes.

Absoulte best is /restart rheinland and then go to FP2 in bering and pay a single bribe for Liberty Rogues. Aerelm noticed this a long time ago and I've confirmed it a few times, pretty much my usual restart now.

A double bribe for zoners then /droprep is also good for access to baffin

Double/triple Zoner bribe at Beth Station in Penn. Then grab a Rogue bribe on Freeport 2. Neutral with every regular faction minus the aliens and phantoms. Drawback is no map.

Just tried /restart freelancer. Well... I can say it looks pretty good at the moment. Probably that's the most neutral reputation you can get without spending any credits. At the moment, I can see only Unioners, Hessians and Wilde being enemies, LWB is on very edge of becoming one as well.
