Quick background summary: I was born to Francois and Isabelle Girard at a hospital in New Paris, and had a pretty normal childhood save for the fact that my parents were moderatly wealthy, which at times put me at odds with some others of the more jealous type, I went through college at the University D'Paris and graduated with decently average grades. My mother perished several days after graduation when a Council heavy fighter destroyed her small passenger ship in Orkney, which also lead to the death of her escort and pilot as well, la vache. At the time of writing, I am hiring contractors to restore the pristine wreck of an Obstinate-class cruiser found on the edge of Gallic space, to completely overhaul, repair and refit it for active service with the assistance of my father and under the supervision of the Royal Police.
