Transmission Bars Needed

Here's the interesting part - I need four separate top bars, each with a different picture.

As far as the look - I have no idea, so im counting on artist expression. Only thing I can suggest, is adding something in from the Kingfisher, since thats what the character flies - and a pistol, maybe some pistol bullets. Something cool like that.

Willing to pay 50million, or more depending on extra awesomeness.

Four different top bars, each with a different picture. I plan on rotating the top bar, depending on what board im posting on. Basically, same layout, just different face pic for four separate top bar's.

little bit more traditional, including things like normal trans bars, the "incoming transmission" and stuff - plus, adding any little inspiration bits from the kingfisher (if possible) and a pistol or bullets in there.

Nice! Heres a cool idea - glow the text just a bit, and behind it, fill that area with streaming code. binary, or just nonsense denoting an encryption scrambler - something cool like that.

I think that final touch should make it set.
