Please provide details of this encounter 868. I require details of the attack, location, time and any losses that you incurred. Before a decision is made to KoS this miscreant we need to be certain of the nature of the attack. Is this the same [TBH]Skyelius that has been spotted recently engaging in pirate activity in sirius? You should read some of the recent logs and be aware that our neutrality to the TBH appears to be in question. I wish to be informed of any further attacks by TBH ships on any of our vessels.
Ulrich, on the back of the recent loss of the cruiser hydra to a TBH flagged ship in Kappa and what I now suspect to be a persistent and planned agression toward our shipping fleet I recommend that we reconsider our stance with the corsair TBH faction as a matter of urgency. It is no surprise to me that they are now beginning what appears to be a sustained campaign to disrupt our profitability throughout sirius.
All security vessels active MUST escort rep ex shipping until further notice. Treat any acts of piracy or aggression toward our shipping vehicles with extreme violence. Authority to destroy any vessels engaging our shipping is hereby given to all security personell.
Starting my Security Patrol I was hailed by some KOS Traders to help escort them to Kyushu. So I dispatched my ship to rendezvous with them in New Berlin. I was just finishing the traders escort and proceeding to NB when I get a call from RepEx-Shipping|868 that a pirate(Skyleius- notag) had stopped him and asking for tax (I think I recall 2mil). RepEx-Shipping|868 Told the pirate(Skyleius-notag) he did not have the funds(He used all 3000 on his ship). The Pirate(Skyleius-notag) started a countdown and saying if he did not get his tax he would destroy the ship. Meanwhile I was racing to his position but too late..There was debris floating of a once respectable ship RepEx-Shipping|868 had. I Would like to place pirate(Skyleius-notag) on KOS LIST!

I was patrolling New Berlin after the RepEx Shipping Incident and got a call from RM to aide in capture or destroy of |ANDERIOS| the pirate I was joined by Rm And A freelancer Named MUDDY Waters.
With all the help and a few sunlayer torps we destroyed the pirate.
With a side note Muddy Waters has shown to be a very good allied to RM and RepEx. He should be called on frequently. Hats off to you Muddy!

"I was running between Stuggart and New Berlin at the time. Around 0330 (GMT) I came out of the Stuggart->New Berlin Jump Gate. I immediatly fell under attack by 4 Lane Hacker NPCs. Trying to flee I engaged my cruise engine and countermeasures. Skyleius (I don't remember what his tag was, I apologize, I also did not get a good look at his ID, I do know his IFF transmitted as neutral) opened fire with his Cruise Disruptors and managed to disable my drive. Within a few seconds he stipped me of my shields and my hull's super-structor was beginning to collapse. I dispatched all nanobots and used all my shield batteries while continuing to manuver and call for help. At this point he told me to stop and I did because shields were again gone. I tried to inform RepEx-Security|Trek where I was but because of the chase I was disoriented and could not provide exact directions. Skyleius then demanded 2mil from me, and I only had 800,000 on me because I had just upgraded my ship. I tried to inform him but flying and trying to fix the comm panel at the same time is difficult. After his arbitrary deadline passed I managed to get my comm system working and informed him that I did not have 2 million credits. He destroyed my ship anyway. Fortunatly, my ejection seat worked and I esacped and was picked up. I lost a cargo full of food supplies valued at just over 170,000 Credits.

The reports seen on the behaviour of this pirate are enough to convince me that KOS should apply. I also recomend we investigate this pirates links to other pirate factions. An assement should be passed to our glorious CEO and COO for consideration of KOS to apply to the faction responsible for this riduiculous attack.
Treat Skyelius with extreme prejudice. I authorise a 5 Mil bounty to any security personel that can bring me his head. Bounty may be shared among a group of you or with any trusted mercs you wish to hire to acheive this goal.
I started my daily patrol of hamburg and adjoining systems. I went through New Berlin to see if RM needed any assistance. Stayed as Rm KAP.Lieutenant was scanning vessels mostly civilians. No real trouble at the time. Then I was joined by the Merc Slayer.

I received a call from OTC_Zeus trader for a a escort which I accepted from Frankfurt to Cambridge(Military machines)
Then skyelius was on but he stayed in sigma13 I called a Jupiter Guild member that was near him was skyelius the pirate had done previous night. He said he would watch him.

While on patrol last night i noted on long range scanners a group of Unioners in Frankfurt being the only RepEx-Security on the srever I decided to do a watching brief. It was not long before I had four unioners to face at Planet New Berlin.
While dodging to the best of my ability, I was laying down fire on on various ships. It was at this point that the guy Skyleius and another called Strike entered the fray. Being outnumbered now 6 to 1 I tried to make a tactical retreat but was unable to do so.
Having used all my bats and bots it was only time before my ship exploded. I managed to eject and evaded capture by the Unioner scumbags who it seems can only take our security dept on when we are grossly outnumbered.
I would concur with the rest and say this Skyleius is a mangy dog and should be put down whenever we see him. I would also say this Strike guy should be watched as he seems as cowardly as sthe rest of them and will only fight when the odds are in their favour

747 I commend you for your commitment to the defence of Rheinland. It has often been the case that the Unioner fleet only appear in numbers, they constantly seek satisfaction from destroying our vessels in large numbers. I advise you to use caution in future and seek help from RM or other friendlies before performing this kind of recon again. We know their tactics are hit and run leaving you vulnerable to whoever you cant train your guns on. I accept that you are a skilled pilot and wish I could use our cloning machine to porduce a few more like you. That said it is important that you do not allow yourself to get drawn into a conflict without the support required to destroy their vessels. In this case an early withdrawal may have lured them away from rheinland and during the chase time you could have mustered a support team. I understand your need to engage and destroy these scum however please use a little restraint and use your diplomatics to hire support or raise friendlies should this happen in future.

Today i had a short stop on Alster Shipyard [Hamburg]. When i undocked, i've found my self sourounded by a couple of Unioner fighters. They had neutralized the defensive systems of the shipyard. I thought i'm doomed now. Right in time Repex-Sec|Wolf_net showed up and was able to destroy at least two of the fighters, while the others fled the scene. Then your security pilot escorted me til Mainz Storage [Frankfurt].
I owe you something for the help, not ALG, because i'm a subcontractor.
Atm i have not enough credits, because i had to purchase a new ship. My Camara was only a piece of scrap
after weeks of carrying poisoned trash and many pirate attacks.
I'm sure i can give you a "donation" soon. Tell me which way you want. (ooc: I'm a noob and never made such transfers.)
