I mean take it from a literal view point. You're saying that a bunch of terrorists somehow now have access to advanced technology and have amassed a huge armada that can wipe out ALL 4 HOUSES combined?
That's like saying that a terrorist group here on Earth somehow managed to stockpile nukes, an huge fleet of battleships, an armada of tanks and a sizeable air force. See, it just doesn't fit.
Don't get me wrong. Battleships and large numbers are fine. Overpowering 4 Houses at once is insanely OP. Only Gallia can accomplish that.
Ultimately, don't go around creating a "Super-mega own all" faction just because you have the freedom to write whatever you want. No way are you going to say terrorists are that powerful. Nobody is that powerful. Except Gallia.
Ok enough of your lore. Now let's just talk diplomacy.
So...you're gonna be friendly to every pirate faction and shoot all traders and somehow still remain neutral to SCRA and the IND.
Doesn't work. You can't be friendly with ALL the pirate factions. You're trying to say you guys are going to be teaming up with Xenos? If you're good with the Xenos, people won't like you. If you're good with everyone else, Xenos are gonna dislike you. Not possible.
Neutrality with SCRA is impossible. SCRA ain't some terrorist organization. And, if you go around shooting every trader you see, SCRA's going to shoot you.
IND is somewhat strange. Seeing as they're like...one big huge trading corp. I don't get this, you explain this.
Overall, I suggest you put some thought into this.
I actually took the time to post my sentiments on your faction. I am sure many people out there will see this and probably go "Oh lolwut faction" and I don't blame them. Personally, it is "lolwutty".
So do me a favour and not let my advice go to waste. Try to actually try to correct your faction. I believe an Independent's Pirate's Guild is a cool idea but terrorists are an absolute no-no.
I can tell you this. Going "let's frag all" is going to get you booted from just about every organized pirate faction base in the game - simply because they don't need that kind of trouble around their bases. Independent terrorist/pirate folk are competition to organized pirates. And a lot of revolutionary groups do not enjoy a "kill em all" attitude (Molly/SCRA/Xenos for example).
Being allied with groups at war with eachother will never work. Outcasts/Corsairs, Molly/Corsairs, Xenos/Rogues, Hogosha+FA/Outcasts+GC... just to name a few examples. Allied with one means unfriendly with the other.
I very much doubt that the current concept in the first post will ever see anyone of this faction gain a terrorist ID. All these subgroups are also quite complex in it's setup. You might want to start smaller, more focused. At least until you have gathered enough members to back something as this up. There's no faction in the game that supports this kind of hierarchy...
