There is no Phantom faction. If you see a ship with a Phantom ID or technology, please report it to the administrators. All those ships should be in Bastille by now anyway, but you know. That's pretty much the end of it.

but no one reported, i maybe report him but i didn't know its "reporting thing", for me it was "usual" thing to see phantom "osiris" (i think you know who fly that thing) help hessians .... ;)

I don't, and I was one. Sirius has a kill everything faction, called the Keepers. Better yet they're in the FL lore. So woop. Phooms lost their place a long time ago and activity dwindled as a result. Let the idea die the death it deserves, better that than some failed attempt to revive it...again. We had enough of those when it was alive.

Question: what did /you/ do to try and revive it? (or, at the time, keep it afloat)
