so lately I've been getting really bored of liberty where I've been doing about 90% of my disco stuff since i came back to disco bout 6 months ago. I've gotten somewhat bored of the constant lulwut pirates and Krieglanders.I've been reading allot about Zoners, The Order, The border systems essentially. any suggestions?

Unfortunately, since they have an isanely cool ship line, and a number of potential enemies to attack and be attacked by, the Order also draws in a high number of "lolwuts", most notably those who have powertraded to acquire an Order Capital Ship. The Order| official faction, however, are nice fellows.
Zoners, on the other hand, have a fairly open roleplay, and most people will like you, or at least will not attack you. There are plenty of options for Zoner traders both out in the Edge worlds, and crossing through House space. Zoners also have some cool Capital ships, but there are very few targets that you will be able to bring them against, and are better off roleplayed as mobile Freeports anyway (IMO).
Edit: I don't actually have any suggestions to make, since what is enjoyable for one player can be excruciating for another. It's a matter of finding a niche that you enjoy. That said, being a Zoner is probably more relaxing than being an agent of the Order.
I think i can recall about 5 fights in the past year as a [TAZ]
If you honestly want some fun go be a bounty hunter or merc in the tau's
I don't have any other ships besides my zoners i enjoy the rp even though i never have much to say. If you want a faction with lots of pvp/rp im going to honestly suggest IMG| or the ICMG| outcast will always give ya a tuffle.
If your really lucky you will un dock from java in a fighter to 5 Outcast BS"s and make them cry as you dodge your heart out and they just cant hit ya.
http://signavatar.com/15890_s.gif First: You've got a picture in there that's 800x286 pixels. The maximum signature size is 700x250.
Second: Your other picture in the rotation fills the full 700x250 boundaries by itself.
With an image that big, you can't fit any text below it. Please fix this.

You can check out Gallia, it's some fresh and new RP opportunity and is actually not as emtpy as so many people think.
Then there is the neighbor and ally of Liberty, Bretonia, it has a lot of active factions and uprising ones. It's rather full, you have an enemy and pirate groups to shoot at.
Rheinland is somewhat a mystery to me. It's normally just Hamburg NB and Omega 7, where stuff is going on. Though you will be in the same KRIEEG thing as on the Liberty side. The RP idea is easy to get and there are many non-lolwut indys.
Kusari is almost empty most of the time, but be prepared for RPRPRP, when you meet someone ( not a powertrader ). There are some lols, but also many people ready to RP with you, by both talking and with guns.
Corsairs only, when joining off. faction; same for the Outcasts.
Zoners have an open environment of RP, many people like you or don't shoot you. They have 3 faction worth of joining.
Did I forget something ? Yes, if you want to try out some 'exotic' RP, get a nomad trial char and begin RP a nommie. If you are good, you get a chance to join the Keepers and have fun shooting stuff, lots of stuff.
Depending on what you want:
- BHG. You can go anywhere any everywhere. Expect to be shot at by every unlawful though.
- IMG/Zoner/Junker/GMG. You can go practically anywhere with those, although they tend to be low on the pewpew factor.
- Corsair/Outcasts: Both a large ZoI with a lot of valid targets. Mind the lolwuttiness in Omicron Alpha/Omicron Gamma though, along with the occasional excessive raid there.
- One of the various merc/freelancer bands that roam around Sirius. Personally I dislike these factions, but it might be something you enjoy.
