I have just been doing some missions in and around Rheinland for the Military and Police but my RM Guard rep doesn't change.

So my question is: Where can i accept missions that will give me any RM Guard reputation?

If you want the RM Guard Rep you need to do about 44 Military missions only.
Police missions won't change anything to your RM Guard rep.

The Battleships usualy.

Battleship Altenburg, Dresden
Battleship Karlsruhe, Stuttgart
Battleship Koblenz, Frankfurt
Battleship Regensburg, Munich
Battleship Strausberg, New Berlin

Battleship Schwerin, Omega-15 (Bountyhunter Trainingsector behind Dresden)
Battleship Westphalia, Bremen (RM exclusive Trainingsector behind Braunschweig)

Take the mission in 4C, very close to the battleship (it even helps you destroying hessians)

Do That 44 times and your done

But watch out , to not to take BHG missions or RFP ones. That may be reason why your guard rep doesnt change. Oh and be sure to visit one RM Guard npc, to reveal the Guard reputation.
