Request for setting codes on one of my ship

Hello, I have request to one of Admin. During my absence I lost somewhere one of my ships. I figured it out when I was trying to rename other of my ship and I wanted to name it the same as the one which I lost. So my request is to set up a codes to losted one and send them to my PM.
Ship name is:
Order|Col.G.Halleck.
