Server connection problems

Lately the server has been extremely buggy for me. The last few days on some of my chars it says "Kicked for possible cheating." I thought, 'Alright, fresh install time.' Seemed to fix it for a moment. During the past two weeks or so I have been having nearly CONSTANT loss %. The past 2 days or so I can barely login to the server as it hangs for a while, and it'll either disconnect or i'll have 20% loss which makes my actions take affect like 7 minutes after I actually do them. I don't understand what's going on. Can I get some help por favor???

Right, I was about to post one myself when I saw your thread - In the past 2-3 days I have constant loss ranging from 7% to 30%, even when there are 40 people on the server.

EDIT: My ping is also much higher 130-200 when it used to be 80-120
