Hello, I've lost my accounts after a reformat on my computer that i did awhile back, i havent played the discovery mod for some time but i reinstalled it about 4 days ago and was wondering if its possible to get my old account back despite i no longer remeber the acount number.

Sorry to say mate but you cant get your account now:(
ADMINs may or may not help you if you remember your character names on that account ,PM them to Any Admin .dont think so work:crazy:
anyway next time save your FL ID before formating game or windows.
FL ID file is located in your game folder ,in EXE folder .ok:)

Use FL ACCOUNT MANAGER too.

EDIT:better make a hard and soft copy of your FL ID ,like me ,i saved them in my cell phone too.:D

Aha well i had it saved on my phone that went through the wash lol, And the good thing is i found some screenshots on my USB that had some of my chars on so i remeber there names and there ships i'm just hoping the admins will help me with this

If the admins can't help you out, I'll throw you a million to help!

The same thing happened to me, lost my account and a reformat and friendly people on here donated to me so I could get my train back up and running!

Hold it, all is not lost. You got the character names right?

PM the names to a few Admins (Seriously, you need to PM more than 1, they are very busy and often would not notice these).

Ask them nicely to place a move char code on them. That way, you can move your characters to a new account.

Remember, ask them POLITELY and they MAY help you.
Not guaranteed though.

Cases like this have been here several times and all I can say is that you won't see your characters back until you have an irrefutable evidence the characters really did belong to you. If you haven't saved your ID's...well then you are not lucky. But instead of focussing on a topic like this you should begin from zero again. It doesn't need too much time to get back in and rebuild the characters you had. So all in all: Admins won't help if there is no perfect evidence the characters did belong to you. Even if you would have proofs I am not sure if the Admins would help you with that. Start from new on and have fun this way instead of posting this problem here.

Note: Admins are not that often (even almost not) as active as some players around here so don't expect an answer so soon, since they are busy with organizing things and other stuff.

Luckly i have good evenidance which charicters belong to me with screenshot eveidance so that side of it i'm not too worried about, i have messaged the admins already but they must be very busy i didnt expect an imidate reply anyway
