Client-side "costume" changes can be buggy, that's why it was removed. As for doing this mod-side, we'd have to get a character that can't be considered a specific gender or faction. Plus it just isn't on any priority list. It's purely a very very minor aesthetic problem, when we have a whole host of technical and gameplay problems to hammer out first.

I understand the problems and difficulties that modders have faced to bring the amazing Discovery to community .
And i know every people share the same desire . Making FL more and more perfect .

That's true. Still, there are MUCH more priorities and things TBD.
