If you want to have all - or nearly all - NPC faction neutral, if you also want to land and trade everywhere, even in the houses, you are restricted to ~ 3800 cargo, zoner ID. The 5000 cargo ships are only for zoner guard, which are not allowed to dock in house space.

1)Is this possible to play with zoner guard id /iff and shetland train
White cell. You need permission from a Bretonian civilian corp. Meaning BMM, Gateway, PlanetForm or BowEx.
Quote:2)If i wish to trade in every corner i mean 5 houses then which id /iff better suits?
Zoner or IMG or IC
im asking because im going to build a <strike>nice repped</strike> powertrader charecter that will be friendly to all 5 house with using 5k cargo
Fixed that for you.
If the IMG rephack against Gallia is gone, IMG ID would allow you to do this, however it isn't very IRP to use the IMG ID as a power trading one.
Zoners using a 5K Transport may not dock in house space (except on IMG and Zoner bases). Also, if I remember correctly they may not use any 5K trans other then the Whale.
Interspace is a Liberty organization, despite the player faction trying to claim otherwise. It is banned from carrying most goods in Rheinland, and will probably be shot on sight in Gallia.

Ever thought about trying ALG? They are kinda like IC in their options of trade. Or even better, as they can
mine with the right ship. Just keep in mind not to buy a Colossus or Behemoth.
ALG also can use 5k transports, they are pretty much able to trade throughout the houses. No access to
unlawful bases though and I doubt you'll be able to go to Gallia. Though there is no Rephack and with some
nice RP you could try requesting permission to go up there.
If you really want to be able to go everywhere, no matter if lawful or not, try either a Smuggler, Freelancer
or Mercenary ID. (I heard there are rephacks on the Independent Trader ID, which are always a bad thing.)
Downside: Biggest transport you'll be able to fly is the BWT with 3.6k cargohold. Big difference against a
4.5k and bigger. But you'll be able to give the pirate a very hard chase if you want, as you got a CM, good
agility and easy docking.
If you decide for ALG, I suggest a Crane or Stork if you don't feel like mining. No idea how good Scrap
mining is nowadays anyway. If you want to mine, buy a Golem. All those transports are very big or / and
slow, so with the bigger money comes the bigger risk.
It'd be best if you took a normal housecorp ID though. Gateway, Kishiro, Republican, Samura, Universal,
Bowex, maybe even DSE etc. You can make good trading runs even without going in the houses which are
hostile to you. There are lots of trading routes which only include 2 or 3 houses. (Though I kinda felt like
Liberty has the worst trading routes...I somehow always feel like I'm stuck in a dead-end when I'm in there.)
IMG as a trading faction? Seems good at first, but you can't dock on BMM, DHC and Krüger bases. Trust
me, that's a bigger downside than you'd think. IMG is also seen as miners all the time, so if a pirate sees
your IFF, he will go for you, expecting a big load of ore.
Best would be, when you decide on what RP you want to do, before you get a trader according to that RP.
Just saying...
IC isn't a trader faction that much and the trading corporations could use some more activity.
