Alan tastes the sting of salt; the sweat from his forehead had reached his lips. He was holding a clumsy looking block of metal with a handle on it which emitted light in one direction. It was a massive mobile scanner. He was keen on holding it steady as he passed it over every inch of the Council Missile Turret. It was no easy task. Finally he sat down, exhausted, but finished. He pulled the data chip from the scanner...

"Computer, transfer this final blueprint over to the Flag Ship main memory banks. Place it alongside those of the Falcons and Gunboat Turrets. Title it 'Council Missile Turret,' and alert the smugglers of the necessary supplies to begin the prep stage."

The computer made a whir of acknowledgment. Alan passed out, sitting against his desk, in exhaustion. He was so tired he did not hear the beeps on his main frame computer as the access over-ride codes were bypassed. In his exhaustion he had missed something very important... A Micro-Transmitter embedded against the first armor plate on the Council's weapon.

Someone was watching....

La Frog nervously looked at his screen. Someone was messing with one of their missile turrets. He did not know where, who and he could only have a very good guess why. He accessed the micro-transmitter of that weapon. "Hmm seems like someone is transmitting a scan including the blue prints of our... missile turret"
He sat down and smelled the wine he had in his cup. "Most interesting... I can't seem to be able to block the transfer... nor to change destination or to get a lock on both of them... hmmm..." He typed a bit in the console. "Ha, that should do it. The micro-transmitters will now receive a command to transmit here the location and names of the vessels that carry, or used to carry our guns! Get involved in their manufacturing. I bet they won't even notice it, their simple Sirian technology is simply not strong enough, right Rexy?" He asked a body of a Royalist, hanged from the ceiling. There was also a poker game in the middle that seemed to have been conducted several minutes before that, 5 participants, apparently La Frog and the unfortune man were part of it.
