Disconnects and increase in Ping

I dunno whats happening but i am Disconnecting from Server for Sevrel times without no Reason and After that i observed that my ping goes High and after another Disconnect it goes to normal again and This is Repeating i dunno what is Going on ?

my internet is ok, is it a Server Problem?

anyone using Internet From Server Side ,it may Causes This Problem!!!

Whenever npc's show up when i'm interacting with a player it seems to get worse and almost disconnects me.

I usually have normal ping, but things that annoy me are sometimes loss and lag. I never had those before server started to be more unstable.

It happens to me sometimes that my ping / lag just goes very bad for a few seconds. I think I was even disconnected once, but that might have been a server crash.

Didn't see a pattern of the lag spikes that occured, it seemed to happen at random.
It was NOT caused by my internet, I'm absolutly sure about that.

If a ship shows up the first time during your session the PC seems to have to load the model first, which causes a lag for the player. At least that's my experience. Not sure if turning down graphics helps
