[color=#CCCCCC][font=Agency FB]The Royal Marines were once elite amphibious infantry and still are. Also known as the Bretonian Commandos. They deploy in the vast seas all over Bretonia to fight the enemy where ever they may be. However times have changed and so have the marines. Now they specialize in space combat. Unlike the Troopers who deal death in a cloak and dagger method, the marines are muscle who storm the enemy off their friendly facilities or in large scale boarding parties they take over hostile assets. They are soldiers with an edge. When the situation goes to pot, and either a city is about to fall, or requires re-taking, the Armed Forces bombard key hostile positions, storm in with masses of infantry and fighting vehicles and deploy behind enemy lines, platoons of Marines to strike the enemy in their heart.
A core component of the house's Rapid Deployment Force, the Marines are capable of operating independently and are highly trained force. With limited vehicles and support, the marines have some of the finest equipment available and with it, deal death and destruction to where ever the enemy treads. Estimated size is a little over 100,000.
