Got a question about it. Outcast are not going for pirating to Bretonia officialy because we don't want to have fleet of bret battleships near Malta. Even better from time to time OC spotted in Bretonia are asking for help by BAF against other pirates like indie ones or Corsairs, plus when bret officer will meet OC ship in Bret he don;t pew pew him. So my question: is there any official document or treaty about that situation? I was trying to find something like that but with no effect.
There is no treaty or document that relates to how the Brets treat the OC. It is all " in game " knowledge which indie OC and BAF do not have to recognise per thier ID's.

I've seen plenty of Legates defending Stokes. On occasion, I've even seen Corsair fleets grouping up with official KNF to attack the planet. Neither side can claim the high ground here, trust me.
The problem is, most of the time it's indies responsible. On both sides. The Bretonian and Outcast official factions tend to give each other the cold shoulder. Bordering icy shoulder, really. Kusari and the Corsairs get on much better than Bretonia and the Outcasts.
If they're hanging around in Bretonia, I ask them to move on. If they kill a lane, are sitting by a lane, or I catch them pirating... They get treated as pirates. That's me, at least.
GRN will come, and everyone gona have new problem. Bret- defence from massive galick attack. OC- keeping cardamine routes active and defending their teretorry. Basicly, I think, OC and Bret. should be meeting each other very rarrely in 86.
