Bretonia Outcast relations

Well, i remember a very old 101st member had a Bretonia battleship for some reasons. There is still a little friendship between Outcasts and Bretonians. As our ID's say ''Cannot ally with any lawfuls except with Bretonian lawfuls against Corsairs, Gaians and Kusari lawfuls'' and ''Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with the Golden Chrysanthemums or Outcasts.'' And also, there's that Bretonian law saying that it's forbidden to have more than 5 pieces of Cardamines for self use/distribute.

As for that 101st Bretonian battleship, i remember it was gift for some reasons.... Maybe some senior 101st/BAF players know more about this.

EDIT: Oh and i'd like to add that 101st officially allowed any Bretonian official faction to pass/fly by Omicron Alpha.

That battleship belonged to Eppyon the Bored / Morgan. This was .82 / .83, back before serious RP existed, and you could see Corsair Rheinland battleships without batting an eyelid. Either that or BHG Cattlebruisers with Corsair turrets chasing fighters in California. Not to mention RepEx battleship raids on Gamma. :D

Seriously, that ship is no proof of an alliance. It's just a very old character that got grandfathered in on shakey RP. If it still exists today, it's mostly because it's more convenient to ignore it than to try and force people to get rid of it. I think it was the MNS Fantasma.

The Outcasts and Bretonia do not have an alliance. They do have a semi-secret agreement to be neutral to each other. As I understand it only high ranking BAF officiers are aware of this agreement.

This agreement does NOT give the Outcasts free reign to operate in Bretonia. They can still be bountied and breaking the law will STILL have negative outcomes for them.

Any attempt to punish independent Outcast or Bretonian players using faction right #5 for following canon RP will result in serious consequences for the faction (for example official faction status is removed).

Significant changes to canon RP must be discussed on the dev board and should be signed off by Igiss.
Rule 1.4 beats Faction Right 2.
