Best fighter weapons for zoners?

I recommend Skyblasts.
Furies are good too but I still prefer Skyblasts.
Flashpoints have very poor energy consumption to damage ratio.

Furies are epic. You just need to know how to control your energy.. And by that I mean shoot only when you're sure of hit.. Don't keep firing everywhere at chasing targets..
8.33s are crap imo, but skyblasts are really good.

Ok seriously. Well, i tried furies and found them not really good. Energy problem, that's true, especially bad on heavy fighters. I'd either go with skyblasts, but honestly, when you have golden blades around, why even bother? Get a sabre, get GBs and debs, voila! As for flavor, i'd be in favor of local zoner communities getting weapons from either bhg who were employed for freeport security in vanilla or some local group in return for some favors.
