We're under a burn ban. One where they've even declared an emergency so that private individuals can't shoot off fireworks even though that's normally allowed regardless of burn bans due to the weird way the law is written.

So not only can't we burn a tire, we can't even burn our trash, used oil, or even Burning Man ....
