Hey Kaiwren, sorry it took so long, i kinda had school work.
Here, i just made that Logo
It's simple, clean, and represents everything your faction is about. ( so i think )

I'll be honest, I really don't like that logo too much. It's low-quality, and, tbh, just completely unfitting for us.

all i could come up with.... Anyways that's it, if i get some ideas, i'll try to rework, but with the amount of chores mounting up behind, i don't think i'll be able to do this right.

I like the concept on this one. Show me what it looks like with flat colors, remove the hammers, and make the phoenix larger to fill in the gap.

This is a bit closer to the mark. The phoenix should be in the red and yellow. Also, try and make the colors contrast more, and smooth the edges out a little bit - they are very pixellated. I do like the concept, though. At this point, it strikes me to commission what looks like sew-on badges, as well, to go on a military uniform to mark someone as a Sevastopol Division member. (Something sort of like this, if you don't know what I'm talking about.) If you are interested in working on those, they won't pay as much, but we can discuss that after they're made.

I realize I didn't really say the bolded part in the OP, but Dane said it for me. Do keep that in mind.

I like the concept. Can you try more "blocky" fonts with the text, and make it something like this:

DIVISION
?

Like I said to everyone else, show me how it looks with solid colors, and with an outline.
