Well, RL nickname - its german for crusader.
How I got it in RL?
I drank too much of this and did some funny things so everyone kept calling me that way:
my own was a nickname used playing Ghost Recon in LAN with my army mates years and years ago... dunno, i liked it... is also for let's say...the slight muslim look in my face... a very subtle one
[color=#FFFFFF]Once upon a time in the year 2004, what today is known as r3v was a massive Star Wars nerd, back then global warming was killing the world next year, the iPhone was something out of a science fiction show on Discovery channel, 3.4Ghz single core Intel with GeForce 5900GT and 512mb Ram was cash, Bioware didn't suck and Kotor was released just a couple of months back. So there you have it, I took the Revan bit and for some reason I slapped Revan-G.E prolly 'cuz everybody was using that name back then. I think about a year later I registered in some forum using that name but it didn't allow any dots or dashes thus - revange, and for my alt I used r3vange and here you go, it stuck.
Some people started likening me to Neo from the Matrix after I appropriated a long coat as my main means of keeping out cold weather. I dont think I could look anything like Keanu Reaves, but well, there we go. The "Mc" infront of it is the first two letters of my surname, and to me was a sufficient differentiation from a standard and very popular three letter name.
Nobody calls me this unless they do not know my name, which is a shame. Then again, being named Connor after Connor Macleod from the Highlander is pretty good in itself. Shame I look like the direct opposite of both actors.
