Thoughts on this or other ways we can combat the invaders of Spamalot?

This shouldn't be much more difficult than installing this and perhaps adding a blacklist of known spambots (I'm not sure what's being done on that front already) - we've already got all the prerequisites from what I can see.

To anyone else: Sorry for going OT. This isn't the best place to discuss this, the issue of spam(bots) deserves it's own thread.
