EDIT: We share the same shipbuilding abilities, as the Noir series only are customised versions of the regular ships which we can already build ourselves/buy from the black market, really, so eh. This is especially obvious in the L'Ane infocard.
And really, suggest us a different gunboat or transport to use. Both the Asco and the L'Ane are the only usable GB and transport for us at the moment. You're basically saying we shouldn't be allowed to use these ships at all.

We are having this changed due to such actions. Technically it should be the other way around. Brigands to be Green Celled to Corse and Corse White celled to Brigand.

Simple. Ask the Council or Maquis for one of theirs. Transports, use your GRP contacts to get a Vache.

Unione Corse is Red Cell to Maquis and Council, and we cannot use the Vache since it's too large for our ID. Our only transport is the L'Ane, and our ID lets us freely use it anyway, since it's specially noted on it, so this point is moot.

At any case, this is not a UC RP. UC RP would be to play safe with both Brigands and GRP, and take out the occasional disturbance for either side.
I see this as a simple quite of a way to get around the rules. If this is allowed, I see it very much in place to change the UC-Brigands cell to white.
