I guess stuff will be approved again, why shouldn't it in the first place ?
Also, I really hope the recruitment process will become more 'user friendly' (not saying the last one was hard)
Oh well, you loose some, you get some, let's what we will get...

And what exactly is changing that requires admin re-approval?

First of all, i hope he will succeed, and don't feel like getting tagged as "Keeper hater".
As far as i know, you just said the official Keeper faction is disbanded, which also means it loses officiality. Even if it doesn't, you said that the roleplay of the faction (the lore) will be changed.
When a faction gets official admins approve their faction post, which list roleplay, intent, ships, IDs and everything else that matters. Lately, the faction post is even copy/pasted and stored in a specific place on the forum so that admins can easily check if the faction is going outside what it was approved of.
You said that as much as the lore will partially stay the same, it may get some chnages, thus adding/removing things from the faction post admins approved, and that may potentially bring Keeper 2.0 out of his original track.
Hence why i was asking, and i hope an admin will enlight me, if an admin team approval is necessary or not.

Please re-read carefully what I have posted. First of all I never said the faction has been disbanded completely. It now lives on with a different leader and largely a different player base, though a few old members were transferred into a new one. As a matter of fact I have never used word "disbanded" in the announcement, I try to take maximum care at wording such things so they don't backfire. Secondly, the lore is a faction-developers stuff really and unless there were major changes in server rules it never involved admins. Worth to note that lore was written after the faction was made and granted official status. Lore is not a faction status post, lore is a design document of the concept, that concept isn't changing. There are no changes to ID, no new IDs are introduced, no changes to server rules, no changes to fundamental concept, nomads aren't suddenly turning into space ponies. Some non-fundamental changes will follow undoubtedly but that's well within what faction do and it's a faction business. Finally, a change of leadership is also an internal faction matter. So no, all this doesn't involve admins really.
I'm not really going to enter into the discussion regarding the future here. I'm not going to pick apart the reason for the keepers disbanding.
Instead I'm going to do this.
The keepers were an excellent faction. Like everything it had it's ups and downs. That's something to be expected in any group of people. Some days everything just hangs together, and some days it simply doesn't. To generate an atmosphere in which people have been able to generate interesting, exciting, innovative and remarkable roleplay isn't easy. That's something that Yuri managed to do with the Keepers.
I joined the keepers at a time their roleplay was vibrant, mysterious and intriguing. Pushed forward by creative minds such as Hyung Soong, Titan, Skoko, Skyelius, Exile and Yuri and so many other people. It felt like I was stepping into a new world. Abstraction built upon abstraction, with a light sprinking of violence. It reflected my image of the nomads wonderfully.
Some excellent members joined, some excellent members left. Days spent flying with the people named above, along with latecomers like teschy provided some of the best disco memories I have. But like everything everywhere, it had to be fought for. There was a lot of crap flung at the Keepers, despite what I perceive as an excellent mode of operating, and weathering the storms was ssimply something that you had to accept as being a part of the faction.
Over time, that generation of members dispersed, and with them, my drive to fly as a nomad.
But for that time, the Keepers provided me with some of the most astonishing good times I've had on this server.
So for that, to both Yuri and those people with whom I flew, thank you.
