Since ninjas are everywhere, this sentence can show what I wanted to say, just in a shortened version. If I can suggest you something, try to learn first. I have been here from years but I can learn new things here every day. This is why I like this place and this is why I dont want to run a faction atm...and about RL obligations, but that doesnt matter in your case.

Train your language skills, play and learn and try to avoid mixing the real life frustration with the game. They arent players who hate you, they are just characters who hate you. Its a game, so I suggest you to change your behaviour because haters gonna hate you know.

Chill down, enjoy the game and yes, as the they said before, try to join into factions first, than make your own after you've learned enough.

The Corsairs in front of are complete Enemies, The hate in the faction atm against the Corsairs is extrem high an a lot of my members wanted to give the corsairs an kick and go on their n nerves.

There is thin line between RP and ooRP hatred, which most people are not able to see difference and this might lead to things that could have been avoided in the beginning.

Okey, honestly, what the hell?
You guys are/were doing fine before all this drama.
You did your escort thing, helped the FTU, blah blah whatever.
Yes, The Sairs blew up your base in O-49, but how does that affect the day-to-day play of the faction idea?
How does that make it so hard to go on? Your ships are still intact with the magic of respawn.
YOru diplomacy is still intact.
I mean honestly, just go back to being escorts and traders, you guys did great with that, irregardless of the learning pains.

Hiya guys.

As some of you know I'm one of a few players who is helping Ricarda. A couple of you may know that I have allowed her in to OS&C| Orbital Spa and Cruise, lead my myself. This is to help support her as a new member of the community, as well as to teach her some of the ropes with in the Disco community.

Anyway, to the topic of the thread, and clearing up misunderstandings, which is no ones fault. The Faction she leads, is not being put in to the bin, for which her last post may suggest, and after disscusssing with her she understands how that post may be interpreted the way it did.

However, she is going to continue with the faction, though it will be renamed. Why, because myself and two others, both faction Leaders, all agree that it is the right course of action. I won't mention any names, but one of them is a Faction Leader of a Corsair Faction. So the Official Faction members of that faction will know who the newly renamed faction is. So from both sides players will be knowing the new name. So feedback thus far of, "renaming to avoid such and such." Is not entirely relevant.

I do believe she has settled on a new name already, which is of "Security Organization: Blue Tiger" (Ricarda shoot me if am wrong in skype on this) and with the help help of me and the other two members of the community, we are helping in the directions she needs to go, especially so with helping her with the faction write up.

The bases of the factions history is thus: "We are a group of individuals who work together and with the IMG in providing security measures for those requiring it. We also provide some shipping services from our small fleet of transports as well. Though recently we have also suffered a blow in the destruction of our base in the Omega-49 system."
A more detailed history is written up of course, which is with in the links provided in her signature. It may change in the future, but it will still revolve the above premise for the factions history. Changes that could happen would be from further support in the form of full translations, and/or further support and help in making the history work with in the community.

The last item I will talk about now, is of posts concerning about possibilities of oorp grudges. There are none, especially thanks to her for listening to me for a few hours of explaining what happened, why it happened. Wht certain players tried to do for her. I can assure you that no grudges, except inrp ones (Where there should be) will be held.

I hope that I have cleared up as much as I possible can on behalf of REAPER-17-Zerafina.
If you do have any feedback that is constructive, or bringing out a point that has not already been raised, please provide it. Myself and others will then discuss each, in depth with her as well, before providing an answer. So please be patient in waiting for an answer from any of us. Being her, or those helping her.
