I'm sure the new IMG has been designed to take these facts into account. In fact it has, because the modeller of the ships has posted here saying that.

It might just be a bad picture, but the graphics on that ship he linked do look terrible, its all fuzzy and jagged on the edges. And all bare with no details, no sense of depth, on the actual ship. Even if you're trying to make it look rough, it still needs decent graphics to do so. Maybe this is the Textures azreal was talking about.

I guess Id have to see it ingame to be sure.

Actually Nyx is a really fine ship, but it looks like a sport car...IT'S FO' DA RICH BOYS. The new IMG ships are much more like a Toyota Hilux in space: tough, reliable, easy to repair anywhere any time.
