This is not a flame merely a disagreement. If a LSF SA RM SF or whoever tells you to power down for inspection in their territory you stop. If you do not then do not expect to be not placed as a wanted man. Failure to stop is also a crime. Clearly you were smuggling. Ok so you claim to have been attacked with no warning or reason by an LSF previously? Where is your report of this incident and your evidence. If that was really the case then I apologise but somhow I think it was not.
The next time you are ordered to stop in Liberty by the Liberty law and you do not then you will be killed again. Frankly docking on a planet with the law on your tail is just weak RP. I think you should have to run to an unlawful base if caught or running. We have radios and would demand you were not permitted to dock.

I gotta say, any police/military who is ordering traders to stop without getting a look at their cargo first, then putting them KoS if they don't, is abusing their role. You go get a scan on that ship or accept the fact that your target outmaneuvered you.
Scan + Contraband = Order them to halt or be shot.

You escaped with your life but not after being scanned, attacking an officer and refusing to stop. For these crimes you will be killed on sight until a fine for your crimes is paid.
It's not for anyone else to define our KoS list just as it not my buisnees to define RM KoS list. Your actions have consequences in-game and we do not forget someone breaking the law.
thats why i ask here,because i hope i will get answers from the other side (lsf) so now when you scan me,hunt me etc,i am wanted,that is ok.but what when you see me on scanner,on distance for example 12k,you order meto stop but i escape,and oyu can not stop me or scan me,when i come to liberty after hour,i am on KoS or i have clean shield and everything is on beggining?(order to stop,try to scan etc.)

Furthermore, the opposite of that statement may be described as jack-booted thuggery hiding behind a badge, or more simply, as mere fascism.
What I think would be helpful for all of us is for the Official House Police and Military Clans to start one thread somewhere where they each state their policies (laws) about these sorts of things. What we have now is a motley assortment of blowhards and preening cap ships scattered amongst a few good RPers who are leveling all sorts of ridiculous "laws" at everyone else, and then opening fire when they don't get their way.
We have all seen traders and smugglers get attacked by the so-called lawfuls, but when have we ever seen a lawful punished for abuse of power or crossing the line?
If your so-called laws are not written down somewhere that provides easy access for everyone, then they don't exist, and you are nothing more than a bully to quote them to anyone from behind the barrels of your guns.
Your use of force might satisfy you, but it breeds nothing but disrespect from everyone else.

I was not around for the whole situation, i was just reading what was being said in group chat. Yes i made a dumb mistake by killing you with the passengers ( this will probably blow up in my face) But not much i can do now, but to say sorry move on and work on our RP. Sorry about that post was really tired and irritated.
Now, in my opinion i don't like the kos list too much. It promotes more pvp than RP. soo not sure what to do about that.
