Well 4.86 is here, so i (the Yorktown) is back in Liberty. As a few in NY found out, i am keeping the Comanders Bad attitude RP.
So unless [LN] starts allowing non Liberty caps into Liberty? Yorktown will remove them.
Unless [LN] starts letting Pirates(rogues/hackers/outcast bla bla bla) to sit infront of Manhattin shooting everything. Yorktown will remove them.
Unless [LN] basically changes its laws. Yorktown will enforce them with extreme force.

This is true, but then again, it could be a cleverly constructed peice of trickery. Although Ryoken suffers from wayward apostrophe syndrome, there is every chance that he was faking the symptoms of the disease for years, only to create this new identity for himself and thus fool the entire community.
